Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected].
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must request the return address by email at [email protected].
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
